Postage, Returns and Payment Terms

POSTAGE

AUSTRALIA WIDE POSTAGE – I offer FLAT RATE postage Australia Wide on all my hand dyed yarns – so for $10 you can order as much as you want! Orders are sent with Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as they are posted.  Postage can be upgraded to Express at an additional cost if you are in a hurry but please contact me by email to arrange – please note orders come from Perth.

For ready made and custom items other than hand dyed yarn, postage will be $10 unless stated otherwise in the product description.  Please contact me by email to obtain postage quotes for bulk orders.

Insurance and Signature on Receipt are available at additional cost – please contact me by email to arrange.

Orders for ready made items and yarn are generally dispatched within 2 business days of ordering where an item is in stock.  Custom orders whether for hand dyed yarn or creations will take longer to dispatch and can generally be ready within 2-3 weeks, depending on the size of the order.

LOCAL pick up is FREE.  Please contact me to arrange a time.  Also a range of my hand dyed yarns are for sale at Wise Old Owl Craft, Unit 1 / 6 Husband Road, Barragup WA 6209 (close to the Spud Shed).  Please pop over to their website for their opening hours https://www.woocraft.com.au

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE– I do offer International postage. Please message me via the Contact Me  to discuss your order.  I will contact you with the postage rate for your overseas destination and provide you with payment details prior to dispatch.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes which may apply and please note Amanda’s Woollen World is not responsible for any delays die to customs requirements.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS – Please contact me straight away if you are not entirely happy with your order.  If there are quality issues I am happy to discuss and resolve with you but items must be returned in their original state within 14 days of receipt.

A full refund will be issued for faulty items once returned but please note I do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind nor for custom orders (unless faulty).  But please remember, I do want you to love your purchases so when making custom purchases there may be some back and forth discussions to make sure I get it entirely right. Please make sure you follow all washing instructions carefully on clothes and hand dyed yarn as refunds will not be made where instructions have not been followed.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS – I welcome custom orders and totally look forward to working on them with you.  A 20% deposit is required for a custom order (to part cover the cost of materials) with the balance due before dispatch.  Should the balance not be paid, then after 3 attempts to secure payment, the deposit will be forfeited and the item put up for sale on my website.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS – at the moment, payment options are cash (if local), bank transfer, PayPal or AfterPay.
